Samsung has packed the Exynos 7570 with
some other important features that may help the company to build more
affordable handsets. Samsung doesn’t say which phone will be the first
to feature the Exynos 7570, but the chip has now entered mass production.
The new chipset is aimed at entry level
phones as it has a quad-core processor and supports screens up to 720p.
However, it is the first chipset in its class that support 14nm FinFET
technology. The chipset
supports up to 13MP + 8MP cameras that record 1080p video. On the connectivity
side, there's relatively fast LTE Cat. 4 with 2 carrier aggregation, Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth, GPS and even FM radio.
