Welcome guys to my blog. Today I will show you how you
update your Samsung Galaxy S5 Verizon manually also with same method you can
fix boot loop and can't boot issue. Those issues came from downloading a custom
recovery without unlocking your phone. How can I unlock the phone? I will post
a method soon for Verizon devices ,so make sure to subscribe to my channel to
be the first one who get this method. You can subscribe by typing your email on
subscribe section. Now I will show you how to install the official ROM for s5
Verizon.
Note: Backup
your necessary data before you start because this method
may format your phone
Let's start:-
Step1:- Open the following link to download the ZIP
file. This file is large ,so be patient while you downloading the file. The
size of the ZIP file is . about 1.5GB to 2.0GB. you should register for sammobile (it's for free)
Step2:-After
you finish downloading the ZIP file ,download an EXE app called Odin v3.10. you
can get it from this link:-
Step3:- Switch your phone to downloading mode (by
tabbing power button + volume down button + home button) holding them altogether
until you see yellow triangle logo after that tab volume up.
You will see android logo. When you see android logo
connect your phone to the computer using USB.
Step4:- Open ODIN app from the zip file. (Note don't
extract the ODIN file ,so ODIN can work). Wait until you see a green com ,when
green com appears this means your phone is fully connected to ODIN.
Step5:- tab boot loader then upload the md5 or tar ROM file.
Note before you upload make sure that you extract the ROM zip file ,so you can
upload the md5 file.
Step6:- After you upload the md5 or tar file to boot loader.
Press start button (Don't touch the phone and cable while the operation is
going ,so the operation won't interrupted).
Step7:- After you finish step 6 ;your phone will
automatically reboot. Be patient the reboot process will take up to 20 minutes
