After a week from
introducing the Note 5, some news said that the S pen could be entered to the
device reversely unlike the other Note series, but the problem is you can’t get
it out easily and if you tried to get the pen out of the phone in a hard way,
you may cause damage to the S pen features and you may not getting the S pen
features any more.
Samsung had replied to a
question had been asked from The Verge website and said that the user is
responsible for any damage and the user should read the manual of the Note 5 to
avoid such a mistake like this, also Samsung calms that there is no design
issue.
This means that Samsung is
not responsible on anything that is related to this issue and Samsung consider
that the user is only responsible.
